All warranties start from the original date of sale or date of installation.. As the end user of the product you are entitled to all applicable manufacturer’s warranties and warranty service programs. How to Order
Ordering online is easy and available 24 hours a day. To add items to your shopping cart clink on the “Add to Cart” button following the product description/ options you wish to select. You can always remove the item or change your order at any time. View the contents of your shopping cart by clinking on the “View Cart” button located on the main toolbar.
When you are finished shopping, click the “Check Out” button and follow instructions on how to proceed through a safe and secure check out. Note: If you decide not to purchase the items checked, these items will remain in your shopping cart until you remove them. If you run into any problems, you can call us at (215) 234-8321 Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM Eastern Standard Time or send an e-mail to customerservice@C5stuff.com. Your e-mail will be answered with 24 hours, excluding weekends.
Most orders are filled directly from our inventory and can be shipped in 24- 48 hrs of receipt of order [excluding orders received after 5:00 on Thursdays.] Occasionally, we may encounter an “out of stock” or if we cannot fill your entire order, we will notify you right away before we ship any partial orders. We will ask if you would like us to hold the order until it is complete, or ship the order as is. We will fill backorders on a first come basis. Products not produced by C5stuff may be shipped direct from our supplier to expedite the order and reduce handling costs.
We ship most items USPS priority mail, delivery confirmation and uninsured. Some items may be sent via first class mail. In the case of fragile or costly items, shipment services will include the costs of signature confirmation and adequate replacement insurance. Discrepancies or damage claims must be reported in a timely fashion by e-mail to customer service.
C5stuff accepts Visa or MasterCard and American Express. A secure server handles transferring of your credit card information. Your credit card may be checked for a pre-approved payment authorization when you place your order. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.
All products sold on the C5stuff website are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price.
Returned items must be in new condition including all original packaging, instruction manuals, hardware and accessories for a full refund. Open box fee equals to 15% of purchase price will be charged on any item not meeting these criteria, unless product is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. Refunds will be issued in the same manner by which the item was purchased and handling fees are not refundable.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us customerservice@C5stuff.com. Please include the reason for the return of the purchase, and your receipt number. Then please wait for our reply and return instructions. C5stuff will not act without prior approval and return authorization number issued in advance of the return. All returned items must be in good condition, without damage or wear and tear. Returned items should be shipped prepaid freight to the address specified by C5stuff. A restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item returned in less than new condition.
