by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. If for any reason you are dissatisfied,
please contact us, and we will promptly work to resolve any problems. If you have a
problem with the product itself, please contact the manufacturer first, and if you need
help dealing with the manufacturer, just let us know. If a product is deemed to be
defective, it will be replaced under warranty. A refund will not be given unless the
part is no longer available.

How to Pay for Your Products
We have two ways that you can pay for your products purchased on C5stuff.com: PayPal
Send your order to us via U.S. mail with a check or money order in U.S. dollars.
Follow all order instructions online. Once you see a summary of your order on the screen, the system will ask you to select which credit card you will use to submit your payment. When you are done, select "Continue".

Send Your Order to Us via U.S. Mail
To order by mail, place your order online, follow all instructions until you see a summary of your order on the screen, which allows you to fill in your shipping and billing information. Print this page out, fill in your information (or type it in before printing) and fax it to us along with your check or money order drawn in U.S. dollars and sign the printed order. Agreement with the Terms and Conditions is implied when you mail in an order. There are no additional charges for ordering by mail, but mailed orders may take up to three weeks to process because we must deposit and wait for funds to clear the bank before issuing your gift certificate. When paying by check, money order or cashiers check, we will wait to receive your payment
before we process your order. Please note that we cannot process checks or money orders
drawn in foreign currencies. Please inquire with your bank about purchasing a money order
or cashiers check drawn in U.S. dollars.

including the items ordered plus shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your check, we will deposit it and wait for it to clear, and then we will
e-mail you an electronic gift certificate code which you may use to place an online order
for the items you wanted. The benefits of doing it this way rather than us placing the order
for you are that you will then be able to obtain an order summary, an order number, and you may
also then use online order tracking even for orders placed using money orders or checks.


Gift Certificates. Store Credit and other Special Coupons
C5stuff.com accepts store credit, special offer coupons, and gift certificates for our online stores only. When ordering, you will need to know the electronic coupon or gift certificate code. We will e-mail this code to you in the event of a Store credit, or it may be posted on the "What's New?" page in the case of a special promotion that we are running.

About Sales Tax
Because C5stuffr.com is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, we must collect and report sales tax
in the amount of 6.00% of your purchase if you specify Pennsylvania as your billing state. If you reside
elsewhere, you pay no sales tax on your order. We may be required in the future to collect sales tax in
every state that requires it. Please watch for updates to this policy.


Receipts and Records
After you go through our secure online payment system, you will see on the screen an invoice page that details your order. This receipt shows your order information, including a summary of what you ordered and product choices, your billing and shipping addresses, name and order number. Credit card information is never sent over the Internet via unencrypted means, so your data is protected. We recommend you print this page as your receipt, but please note that you also will receive two other proofs of purchase e-mailed to you within minutes of your order, as long as you correctly specified your e¬mail address. If you notice that you mistyped your e-mail address once you get to the invoice screen, simply e-mail us and ask us for a copy of your receipt. If you do not receive a receipt via e-mail, your order was not completed, and you must contact us as soon as possible to minimize any delays. 1A. All transactions are verified in real-time when you press the final "Order" button. You are billed
immediately, even though in some cases products will not ship immediately due to back order or normal delays.

2Q. What forms of currency do you accept?
2A. When you use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card, the currency is
automatically converted to U.S. dollars (if you are Canadian, for example). All prices shown on C5stuff.com
are quoted in U.S. dollars. If ordering via check or money order, please make sure that the funds
are drawn in U.S. dollars. We can not accept any checks or money orders in foreign currency.
3Q. What if I need to cancel an order?
3A. Please notify us immediately. However, if the order has already shipped, it is your responsibility to accept the charges for it. Be sure you really want what you are ordering
before pressing the final "Submit" button. If your order is cancelled before shipping you are still subject to a 10% cancellation fee. 4Q. How do I use an electronic coupon or gift certificate in the Store?
4A. First you will need to know the electronic coupon or gift certificate code. We will e-mail this code to you in the event of a Store credit, or it may be posted on the "What's New?" page in the case of a special promotion that we are running. 1Q. What information do we collect and how is it used?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card billing address, credit card number and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Your credit card information is maintained by our secure credit card processor and is not stored by C5STUFF. When you sign-up for our e-mail notification service, we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send the requested information. Getting Credit for Returned Items
When you send back an item you no longer want, you have two choices for getting credit, assuming you properly followed all guidelines for returns: Store credit in full for the product, not including shipping charges Refund to your credit card minus a 10% restocking fee and not including shipping charges

C5stuff.com will not accept returns of electrical or electronic products - no exceptions. Used items may not be returned under any circumstances. We are not responsible for items damaged by improper use or installation. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or they may be refused. The RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels we provide. PLEASE DO NOT MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. All items must be returned with original packaging and materials and be in perfect, new condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for insuring returns. Products returned that were purchased during a Free Shipping promotion are subject to having regular shipping charges deducted from any refund. Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay or refusal of your refund and an additional restocking fee of up to 30°l0. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.

You've Changed Your Mind If you have ordered and received an item from C5stuff.com that you no longer want, please follow the directions in the Returning Items section below. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping, and we will not reimburse you for the original shipping cost. Incorrect or Damaged Product If you have received damaged merchandise or have received items that you did not order, please contact us by replying to your e-mail receipt, making sure to copy the contents of the receipt in your e-mail. Simply let us know the error or that the product was damaged, and we'll take care of it at no cost to you, including all shipping charges (up to the original amount you paid for shipping). We will wait to receive and inspect the originally-shipped product prior to shipping a replacement. If a product was damaged during shipping, you must retain all materials until the shipper (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) has had a chance to inspect the package, if they choose. Replacement Product If we sent you something in error, and we send the correct item out but do not get the wrong one back within 10 business days, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the replacement item or the incorrect item plus shipping, whichever is greater. Warranty Replacement If you feel a product you have purchased is defective or has failed under warranty, contact us. We will help determine the likelihood it is defective prior to your returning the product for inspection. This will save you time and money if there happens to be another reason for the problem you are having with the product. Once a product has been determined it may be defective and requires further inspection, we will instruct you as to your next course of action. This next step may vary depending on the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returning parts for inspection and returning the part to you are your responsibility until the part has been deemed to be defective. If the part is deemed to be defective, your shipping costs will be reimbursed to you upon the receipt of your shipping receipt. Shipping reimbursements are limited to the amount we charged to get the product to you when you ordered it. Delivery Locations
Currently, C5stuff.com.com ships products to all SO states, Puerto Rico and Canada as standard shipping destinations. We are working to establish standard shipping processes for other worldwide destinations. We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Delivery Schedule
Our main delivery partner within the United States is the United Parcel Service (UPS). For most shipments, we use C5stuff.com UPS Ground services, which we have found to be the most cost-effective and reliable shipping solution for our customers. At C5stuff.com, we try to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and ship the product within one or two days of the order. It typically takes between one and two weeks for most products to arrive. Coast to coast deliveries with UPS Ground can take up to eight business days, so please allow ample time for your package to arrive. Some of our items may not be in stock at our warehouse. In those cases, we may decide to have items shipped directly from the distributor or manufacturer to your door for the fastest possible service. In some cases (for products such as lettering kits, for example), your order may be shipped via regular U.S. Mail, USPS Priority, Express Mail or other non-traceable means, which typically take up to seven business days for delivery. Also, please remember that holidays can interfere with normal shipping times, and you will want to take that into consideration when ordering during holidays or peak seasons, such as during December. We recommend allowing three weeks delivery time during the month of December to assure arrival by the holidays.

International Shipping Outside the United States, C5stuff.com currently is able to ship products to Canada and Puerto Rico. We use UPS for these locations in most cases.

Shipping Rates It is C5stuff.com's goal to keep our shipping rates as low as possible for our customers. Therefore, we send most products via ground service, working primarily with UPS, as well as FedEx, U.S.P.S. and other delivery vehicles. Shipping rates are based on the standard published rates and vary according to product weight and overall size and dimensions.

Tracking Your Order Tracking Numbers What is Order Tracking

Tracking Numbers For orders shipped via standard shipping with UPS or Federal Express, a tracking number will appear next to any items with the status "Shipped". This tracking number is a clickable link, which will connect you directly to the delivery company's online tracking system and provide you with of your shipment status. Some items may not be shipped via traceable means in order to save you money on shipping costs. For example, U.S. Mail is not traceable, and USPS First Class and Priority Mail are not traceable unless there is a tracking confirmation placed on the order. Items may or may not be shipped with tracking confirmation. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before asking us where it is.

Whats Order Tracking? Order Tracking allows you to check the status of each item in an order. Once in the order tracking system, the first line item lists the overall status of your most recent order. Below that will list the status of each item in your order. Each order item will be given one of the following status's: Processed: Your order has been processed and is awaiting shipment. Back-Ordered: Your order has been processed and is back ordered. It will ship immediately upon the receipt of stock. Shipped: The line item listed has shipped. This will include a tracking number if one is available. Completed: All items in your order have shipped and your order is complete. Please note that this system is manually updated each night, so human error does sometimes occur. If you believe your order should have shipped but the status is still showing "Processed," please feel free to inquire about your order. However, please allow us at least two business days to update the status before sending us an e-mail. And remember that most shipments do take at least one week to arrive.
